Confidence comes with loving the body your in. No way around it. So if you dont love it, change it...for you. Dont like exercise, then walk. Not only can you lose pounds, but there's nothing like a tight butt.
When your down, pamper yourself, get a facial, paint your toes, poof your hair, or wear sexy shoes. You cant help but to feel confident and once you feel confident there's nothing you cant accomplish. So get out there ladies, love your bodies and if you dont, be your own best friend and go for a walk and STRUT!
